Description
Zone RA Staff Accommodation Yas Island development consists of Six (06) residential buildings for staff accommodation.
No labour accommodation will be proposed.
The 06 different buildings are subcategorized into individual tower numbers, such as A1, A2, A3, B1, B2 and B3. All of the six buildings are comprises of identical typical upper floors layouts.
All 06 buildings are comprises of Ground floor, 01st to 07th typical residential floors, and roof.
Further, fire pump room and ETS rooms are located in the basement between Tower A1 and Tower B1. While some portion of the basement level shall be underneath of the same towers.
a. Ground Floor
Tower A1 – The ground floor level on Tower A1 is provided with Retail / F &B, Retail supermarket, FCC room, Laundry room and MEP rooms.
Tower A2 – This comprises of mixed use such as Activity room, FCC room, MEP rooms, Store rooms, Male Musalla room. Laundry room, Staff offices, Staff lounge and Security rooms.
Tower A3 - This consists of MEP rooms, Electrical vehicle station, Store rooms, Meet me room, Laundry room, Male Gym room, and FCC room
Tower B1 – It comprises of Activity room, Retail/ Café, Pharmacy, MEP rooms, Store rooms, Retail/ Laundry, FCC room, Laundry, Men’s Barber and Restaurant.
Tower B2 - It consists of Training room, Offices, Meeting rooms, Laundry room, MEP rooms, Activity room, Women Salon, FCC room and Female Musalla room.
Tower B3 – The Ground floor includes Female gym room, MEP rooms, FCC room, Store rooms, Changing room, Laundry room, and Workshop room,
b. The typical upper floor 01st to 07th floors consists of staff accommodation residential units and ancillary MEP rooms.
c. The roof area is solely used for MEP purpose only.
Build up area is 77,928 m2.
